Merubah separator dari titik(.) menjadi koma(,) di Excell

Permasalahan :
Mengganti Separator Excell Dari Titik menjadi Koma di Excell 2003 maupun Excell 2007


Solusi :
1. Office 2003
Tools - > Options -> Pilih Tab International -> Desimal Separator

2. Office 2007
Excell Options -> Tab Advanced -> Editing Tools -> Hilangkan Centak Use System Separators

Tidak Bisa Open Data Dokumen Excell 2003

Permasalahan :
Dokumen excell tidak mau terbuka waktu kita open (double Klik), yang keluar hanya tampilan kosong layar excell, data kita tidak keluar, tetapi excell tetap terbuka.

Solusi :
Cara Pertama :

• Klik Tools -> Pilih Option -> Tab General -> Uncheck Pada Ignore Other Aplication

Cara Kedua :

•  Tutup Excel
• Windows Start Button|Run - ketik excel /unregserver
• Windows Start Button|Run - ketik excel /regserver

Error Excell "To prevent possible loss of data, Excel cannot shift nonblank cells off of the worksheet...."

Prmasalahan :
Ketika kita ingin menambahkan kolom baru tetapi tidak bisa, 
kemudian muncul kotak dialog dengan pesan error :

"To prevent possible loss of data, Excel cannot shift nonblank cells off of the worksheet. Select another location in which to insert new cells, or delete data from the end of your worksheet.

If you do not have data in cells that can be shifted off of the worksheet, you can reset which cells Excel considers nonblank. To do this, press CTRL+End to locate the last nonblank cell on the worksheet. Delete this cell and all cells between it and the last row and column of your data then save."

Solusi :
1. Tekan tombol CTRL + END, maka akan menuju ke shell yang terakhir pada worksheet kita.
2. Tekan tombol CTRL + ALT + Panah Atas, untuk memblok satu kolom terakhir, kemudia tekan tombol Delete
3. Tekan tombol CTRL + ALT + Panah Kiri, untuk memblok satu Baris terakhir, kemudia tekan tombol Delete
4. Kemudian lakukan Save File Excell
5. Close file Excell
6. Buka Kembali File Excell
7. Semoga beruntung...hehehehe

Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications

When using Excel 2010 you encounter an issue where a dialog box is displayed with the error Excel cannot complete this taks with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications. The error message gives the impression that the system is running out of resources but this is not actually the case. This is a known bug in Excel 2010 and at this time there is no fix only a workaround. This workaround invovles disabling the preview pane in Excel, Outlook and Windows.  Please complete the following:

Windows

1. Open Windows Explorer (Right click Start Menu or Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Windows Explorer)
2. Click Organize/Layout and uncheck Details Pane and Preview Pane.


Excel

1. Click File | Open
2. Click Organize | Layout
3. Uncheck Details Pane and Preview Pane

Outlook

1. Open a new e-mail
2. In the "Include" group, click Attach File.
3. Click Organize | Layout
4. Uncheck Details Pane and Preview Pane

Mengaktifkan Macro di Excell 2007

Cara mengaktifkan macro pada Excel 2007 adalah dengan cara menampilkan Developer tab pad menu bar dan memilih Enable all macros  dengan langkah berikut ini :

-        Kilk lingkaran dipojok kiri, kemudian klik Excel Options

-        Centang Show Developer tab in The Ribbon, kemudian klik OK

-        Developer tab akan tampak pada menu bar

-        Klik Developer Tab

-        Klik Macro Security

-        Klik Macro Settings

-        Kemudian centang Enable all macros 
-         Tekan OK

Langkah Membuat Membuat Background Musik

• Klik menu Insert – Sound – Sound from File (pilih musik yang anda inginkan) – OK. Pada kotak dialog ‘How do you want …?’, pilih ‘Automatically’.

• Klik icon sound (gambar speaker kuning), pastikan Sound Tool Options seperti gambar di bawah ini, 
• Centang Hide During Sound, Centang Loop Until Stopped, Play Sound Pilih Play Accross Slides

• Selesai

Compress File Gambar menggunakan Microsoft Office Picture Manager

1. Buka gambar yang ingin di compress menggunakan Microsoft office picture manager. Caranya  klik kanan pada gambar ----> Open with----> microsoft office picture manager.
2. Tekan CTRl + T untuk merubah tampilan gambar menjadi Thumbnail.
3. Tekan CTRl + A untuk blok Semua gambar atau pilih gambar yang akan di compress.
4. Klik Edit Pictures.. (Posisi di Toolbar atas).
5. Klik Compress Picture (Posisi di Menu sebelah Kanan).
6. Pilih Option Document (pada menu sebelah kanan)

      7. Tekan OK

Membuat Slide Show Otomatis di Power Point

Bagi yang lagi bingung cara membuat Slide Show Otomatis di Power Point (disini yang digunakan adalah Power Power 2007). Untuk yang Power Point 2003 bisa di cari sendiri. (-_-)

Ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

1. Buka POWER POINT Anda.

2. Klik Tab Animation, Cari Menu Advance Slide di sebelah kanan, Hilangkan On Mouse Clik

3. Beri tanda centang pada kotak Automatically After di Advance Slide lalu berikan waktu pada tiap slide.

4. Akhiri dengan mengklik Apply to All, klik ini bertujuan untuk memberlakukan bahwa waktu slide aktif akan berpindah ke halaman slide selanjutnya (Sebagai contoh adalah sekitar 2 menit dan berlaku untuk semua slide).
