Permasalahan :
 Ketika kita akan ngeprint ke printer server di jaringan kita muncul informasi error "The printer has not yet responded, but the MS office program may be able to proceed without printer information. Do you want to continue to wait for the printer?"

Solusi :
1. Cari File EPAUDF01.AUD yang ada dikomputer client lain yang bisa digunakan untuk ngprint.
2. Copykan File EPAUDF01.AUD ke \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ EPSON \ PRINTER \ EPAUDF01.AUD
3. Selesai

Merubah separator dari titik(.) menjadi koma(,) di Excell

Permasalahan :
Mengganti Separator Excell Dari Titik menjadi Koma di Excell 2003 maupun Excell 2007


Solusi :
1. Office 2003
Tools - > Options -> Pilih Tab International -> Desimal Separator

2. Office 2007
Excell Options -> Tab Advanced -> Editing Tools -> Hilangkan Centak Use System Separators

Komputer Client Tidak Bisa Connect Ke Komputer Server

Permasalahan :
 Client tidak bisa konek ke computer server / tidak bisa melihat isi komputer server

Solusi :
1. Coba dilihat di LAN Properties, Client for microsoft network apakah sudah terinstall atau tercentang.
2 Jika belum, maka install/centang Client for microsoft network yang ada diproperties LAN.
3. Selesai.

Tidak Bisa Open Data Dokumen Excell 2003

Permasalahan :
Dokumen excell tidak mau terbuka waktu kita open (double Klik), yang keluar hanya tampilan kosong layar excell, data kita tidak keluar, tetapi excell tetap terbuka.

Solusi :
Cara Pertama :

• Klik Tools -> Pilih Option -> Tab General -> Uncheck Pada Ignore Other Aplication

Cara Kedua :

•  Tutup Excel
• Windows Start Button|Run - ketik excel /unregserver
• Windows Start Button|Run - ketik excel /regserver

Perbedaan Simple Queue dan Queue Tree pada pembagian Bandwitdh di Mikrotik

Simple queue

Contoh  1 :

B/W  total yang kita miliki : 2 Mbps.
Jumlah client : 8 PC
kalo memakai simple queue :
1 client misal dikasih B/W 256Kbps (meskipun ada Client Online sendiri tetap akan dapat  B/W 256 Kbps, Teknik seperti ini cocok untuk game Online)

Contoh 2 :

B/W total yang kita miliki : 2 Mbps.
Jumlah client : 80 PC
Misalkan ternyata ada client 80 orang, dengan B/W 2Mbps, kita buat max. limit untuk B/W kita adalah 128 Kbps(Tergantung kita menginginkan berapa) dan min. limitnya kita buat 25.6 Kbps .

Jika 80 pc tersebut Online semua maka B/W nya akan menjadi rebutan.

Dapatnya B/W tiap PC antara 24 Kbps – 128 Kbps.

Queue tree

Kalau kita memakai queue tree:

B/W total yg kita miliki : 2 Mbps.
Jumlah client : 8 PC
apabila yang Online ada 8 orang maka B/W akan dibagi rata 2 Mbps / 8 = 256 Kbps,

apabila yang Online hanya 1 orang maka akan mendapat B/W 1 Mbps / 1 = 1 Mbps
(kurang cocok untuk dipakai game online = lag)

Permasalahan :
Tidak bisa scan dokumen pada printer Epsons Tx121, Keluar Pesan error "Cannot communicate with the scanner. Make sure the scanner is on, correctly setup and connected with no errors indicated."

Solusi :

1. Lepas Semua Perangkat yang Masuk ke USB, termasuk scanner kita (Mouse, Keybord tidak perlu dilepas)

2. Matikan Scanner.

3. Sambungkan kembali Scanner dengan PC kita.Scanner.

4. Lakukan Scanning.

5. Selesai.

Permasalahan :
Easy Photo Print Epsons tidak jalan ketika sudah di install pada windows 7 muncul pesan error "Restart Epson Easy Photo Print after installing the latest version of Easy Print Module".


Solusi :
1. Uninstall Easy Photo Print jika Masih ada.
2. Downlaod Software Update Epsons Driver di SINI
3. Install Software Update Epsons Driver.
4. Install lagi Easy Photo Print.
5. Jalankan.
